Wolf Lane Davidson Plum gin is a tropical take on the traditional sloe gin, swapping sloe berries for locally grown Queensland Davidson Plums. A labour of love, the plums are steeped for up to three months in gin, before bottling it at full strength to deliver a truly unique, fruit-forward flavour. We use the entirety of our Davidson Plums in order to harness their intense colour and taste their distinctive flavour. An earthy aroma reminiscing of plum jam and stewed rhubarb with orange notes complements the juniper in this very special creation. Enjoy!

The cocoa for their Signature Collection chocolate is grown in the fertile soils of the Tully River Valley, Queensland. This fruity chocolate complements the Davidson’s Plum (also known as Australia’s Rainforest Plum) with its very pleasant tartness. Together they create an amazing bombshell of flavour!
